Samsung plans to invest over $40 billion in India for Smartphone Productions

According to the latest report, Samsung planning a big move of smartphone production to India, which will help to produce a bunch new budget and mid-range to the country. However, the South Korean giant already has the largest smartphone factory in Noida, India which will remain a leading production hub going forward.

Samsung already disclosed the plans with the Government of India as per the source. So the next five years the giant produce phones that are worth $40 billion (Rs 3 lakh crore). Last year, Samsung closed off its last remaining factory in China. Moreover, the company also has another hub in Vietnam.

Samsung Galaxy S21 will Kick out ToF sensor

After releasing Galaxy Note20 flagship series, the company is moving for the next years flagship Galaxy s21 series. There are no rumours regarding this smartphone. However, according to some source, the Samsung Galaxy S21 would not offer ToF sensor.

The company dropped the sensor regarding the issue with indirect ToF technology. The company uses is less powerful indirect ToF technology than the direct ToF technology used by Apple, which exclusively made by Sony. However, Samsung would bring a new image sensor that could improve indirect ToF technology.
