We’ve seen lots of speculation regarding the next Oneplus Z on the internet. A few months ago, OnePlus released the flagship OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro with the latest Snapdragon 865 SoC, but it’s not ending there. Today, Oneplus CEO Pete Lau has revealed that ‘something new’ is coming on his Twitter post. Check out the tweet below.
Interestingly, Pete Lau used the blue OnePlus logo rather than the traditional white branding. Is this hinting for OnePlus Z? let us know in the comment.
Recently, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei also has been tweeted with some hint. He tweeted with the hashtag #NewBeginnings that claiming the firm will “rock the boat again.” I think it suggesting the new product from oneplus is going to arrive soon.
OnePlus Z rumors so far:
As per previous rumors, OnePlus Z offers a 6.55-inch Super-AMOLED display with a 90Hz display refresh rate, possibly use an in-display fingerprint scanner. Assemble 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 16 Megapixel wide-angle sensor (Not Confirmed), and 2 Megapixel macro or ToF sensor.
Snapdragon 765 or Dimensity 1000 chipset power the upcoming OnePlus Z; it still unclear yet. However, Oneplus possibly goes for Snapdragon 765 according to new reports. Earlier, the company planned to use a MediaTek processor and then switched. The device packs 4,300mAh battery with 30W fast charging and 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage for the standard variant.
From another rumor, OnePlus may rename the OnePlus Z to OnePlus Nord according to popular tipster Max J. He also claims that the smartphone comes up with a quad-camera setup. Anyway, we can’t predict this now. We need to wait for some days.
